Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged rug or the wrong number of rugs please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to FedEx/UPS when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to FedEx/UPS as soon as they are discovered.
Rugs that are not received by the customer and returned to us
Rugs that are ordered and not received or are returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts or supplying an incorrect address will be charged $20 for our administration costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.
